Receive an overview of the proposed FY2028 Budget from Synod Treasurer, Bob Haines, prior to his presentation to the Assembly for discussion and approval. Mr. Haines will discuss the work of the Management and Mission Support Committee, outline the recommended budget changes, and explain the rationale supporting those recommendations.
