This is your reminder that the Annual Congregation Report is due.
On Friday, April 11, the online system for filing the Annual Congregation Report Form A will close. This is our final push to include all congregations and worshiping communities.
If you have not yet submitted your report, we ask that you do so no later than 5 p.m. Central time on April 11 to ensure that your congregation is represented in the 2024 ELCA statistics and synod reports.
Once you have completed the form, you will receive an email copy for your records. The data is automatically provided to your synod office and the churchwide organization when you file online.
Your congregation should have received its Annual Congregation Report letter through the mail in January. If you have misplaced or did not receive your letter, visit elca.org/reportinstructions to access a copy of the letter, Form A, an instructional document on how to complete the form and a financial stewardship worksheet. Because the online form is generic, it will not include your congregation’s password. The quickest way to retrieve your password is through elca.org/congregationreport. Click on the link to request your password and follow the instructions. Your password will be sent to the email your congregation has on file with the ELCA churchwide organization. If you lack access to the internet, please contact your synod office for your password.
