First Session: Church Communication Today (when you really just want the bulletin finished by Sunday).
In this session, I’m going to cover some things we need to know about people today and how they approach the church. I’m also going to cover messages that move people to action and communication methods. During the methods part of the presentation, I’m going to go through the 7-8 primary ways churches communicate and share some “real talk” about what works and what doesn’t, and how to set up a management system that really works. I’m also going to talk about budget some, too. I’m going to do this in a priority order and help them understand how to phase it in so they don’t drown.

Second Session: Hospitality Ministry & Follow-Up with Guests.
This is a very important session for church leaders because how we receive the people coming our way determines how they connect with us (or don’t) and that will affect our reputation in the community over time. I’m going to take some time to talk, too, about follow-up with guests because that’s often the area churches fail at the most.
